SOFT-RIPENED CHEESES At Bella Curella we have a few different Soft-Ripened Cheeses. Brie, Camembert and Cambozola. Wisconsin makes great Soft-Ripened Cheeses because our milk source is very close to that of the French region that these cheeses originated from. They ripen from the outside in so they are rich and creamy in flavor and texture. Wonderful for entertaining with savory crackers or breads and fruit with a nice sparkling wine.
