SEMI-SOFT CHEESES
Semi-soft cheeses range from mild and buttery to pungent and earthy.
Some of the fuller flavored semi-soft cheeses are known as washed rind or surface-ripened. The washed rind ripens from the outside in. At Bella Curella we have both types of Semi-soft cheeses, mild creamy Bricks to surface-ripened tangy Beerkase. Some of our Bricks are sold by the pound. You will only be charged for the exact weight at time of shipping.
