ITALIAN CHEESES At Bella Curella most of our Italian Cheeses are imported from Italy and some are made right here in Wisconsin. The more aged the cheese becomes, the more intense flavor it has and the texture becomes more granular. Italian cheeses are wonderful with crusty, chewy breads or grated and tossed in savory pasta dishes. So many wines compliment our Italian Cheeses. Reds and whites alike. Some cheeses are random weight. 1/2 lb. to 3/4 lb. wedges. You will only be charged for the exact weight being shipped.
