At Bella Curella our Smoked Provolone is made right here in Wisconsin.
Provolone and Mozzarella Cheeses are very similar in the production, but Provolone is made with whole milk and has a fuller flavor.
Provolone goes well with cured meats, fruits and it's great on pizza.
