Shipping & Delivery Policy
Bella Curella Cheese & Italian Deli is committed to bringing you quality products shipped in a timely manner. We cannot, however, be responsible for the following delivery exceptions:

·         Delays due to inclement weather

·         Delays due to incorrect recipient addresses, though we'll do our best to re-direct these packages if you call us with an alert

·         Packages that spoil because recipients are out of town at time of delivery

·         Packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation is received from UPS

If  a box is damaged and the goods are ruined, we can work with you to make a claim with UPS and they will reimburse you for the full amount of the product and shipping, if eligible
