SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship by UPS. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.  UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so your delivery address must be a street address.  We ship 1st day & 2nd day air, to assure your product arrives safely. Cheese is a perishable product.  We can ship ground to the midwest states below. See UPS map. For shipments during warmer months (April thru October), a cooler package is required. Orders received on Monday & Tuesday are shipped the same week, depending on product availability.  Orders received on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will ship the following week, unless next day air is used.

We do everthing possible to guarantee you receive your shipment in satisfactory condition. We are not responsible for an incorrect address. There are extra fees charged by UPS if this happens. In turn we will have to charge the customer. Please verify the ship to address. We are not responsible for the package after the first delivery attempt is made. You will have the tracking number to estimate arrival time. If you are unsure when the recipient will be present at the arrival time during warm weather do not ship any perishable goods. Not included in the shipping & handling charges is the cost of a cooler box which may or may not be needed. This cost is $8.00. Handling charges are used to help with the cost of the packaging material.
